We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Manager to oversee a portfolio of buildings in beautiful Breakfast Point. Based in a centrally located office and working alongside a team of dedicated Building Managers (each with their own portfolio), you will ensure smooth site operations, deliver exemplary customer service, and build strong customer relationships.
As part of this exciting role, your key contributions will include:
Inspecting Common Areas: Leading inspections to ensure safety and compliance are exemplary. Reporting: Crafting detailed reports and highlighting case developments to drive decision-making. Service Provider Management: Collaborating with and managing all service providers, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard. Committee Participation: Actively participating in committee meetings, providing unique insights to shape the property's future. Advisory Role: Elevating your status from a Building Manager to a trusted advisor, offering valuable recommendations to optimise property management and improve procedures. Are you?
An experienced residential Senior Building Manager with a minimum of 4 years' experience with an eye for detail and the ability to handle the unexpected. A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and takes the initiative. A relationship builder capable of creating meaningful connections with everyone you meet. A professional who combines friendliness with eloquence and polished presentation.
