With a proactive and results-driven approach, you will maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients.
With a high volume of internal leads, high average deal size, and existing lending book, this role is attractive to anyone successfully operating as a broker looking to maximize opportunities. The deals are largely residential, but commercial experience is preferred.
Our lending team is located in three office locations: Sydney, Brisbane, and Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities Identifying client needs and obtaining a thorough understanding of their financial positionAssessing financial documentation and ensuring the collection and submission of necessary supporting mortgage documentationMaintaining relationships with existing clients and seeking new business referralsParticipating in and following up on sales campaignsMeeting KPI's and minimum monthly settlementsLocation You will be based in a modern office in the Newcastle CBD area.
