With over-the-counter market leaders including MCoBeauty, Natalis, Chemists' Own, Nude by Nature and Apohealth, VidaCorp continues to gain consumer preference by providing quality, affordable products on both the domestic and international stage.About the role:The Senior Brand Manager will primarily be responsible for the Wellness portfolio, while providing support on other brands directly managed by a Brand Manager and Asst Brand Manager respectively. The total portfolio will also include smaller Wellness and Personal Care trade brands. The role may also require managing more brands as part of portfolio expansion opportunities that may arise in future.Role & Responsibilities:Lead the development of a clear and compelling brand positioning (for brands in scope of responsibility) consistent with the portfolio strategy.Define a holistic view of how to drive brand growth through the development of annual brand plans.Demonstrate how industry, category and competitor data/insights are leveraged in internal and external discussions & decisions.Execute plans to deliver financials and market share performance of its portfolio of brands.Understand P&L drivers and put forward recommendations on how to deliver better financial outcomes.Manage the Marketing budget for brands in scope of responsibility, analyze return on investment, proactively re-define spend if necessary.Drive the commercialization of new product launches by working alongside cross-functional teams.Skills & Experience:3-5+ years' experience in brand management role.A clear understanding of the OTC industry a plus.Proven ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally internally and externally.Demonstrated commitment to building strong business relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.Bachelor degree in new product development/marketing preferred.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
