You will own and drive media plans and activations with specific focus within the digital space and will liaise closely with Sales, Supply team and Management.The main responsibilities of the role are:Drive the strategic direction of the brandManage and drive subordinates in reaching their goals and responsibilitiesManage A&P Spend and activities including MediaDrive brand direction through the internal sales forceThink outside the box to find new opportunities to grow the brandEnsure profit targets are achieved and additional plans to drive profit are executedEnsure competitiveness of the brand with external competition via our own marketing mixTrain/liaise with PharmaCare Sales teamEnsure compliance of all company policies and proceduresThis is a full time in office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout youMinimum 6 years marketing experience within the FMCG Food Industry/Pharmacy OTC and Complementary Medicines.Minimum 3 years as a Brand Manager or similar.Excellent organisation and project management skills, must be able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailSolid communication and rapport building skillsMust be able to demonstrate strong experience of the NPD process – particularly project managementExperience in managing budgets and forecastingProven experience in development and execution of marketing and advertising strategiesExperience and involvement with trade shows and all it entailsA strong understanding of market segments, research and market dataA self-starter - must be able to work autonomously and have the drive to grow both portfolios – always looking for and identifying opportunitiesMust be passionate about your portfolioYou will have managed successful DTC campaigns including TV and printA 'can do attitude' with the ability to 'think outside the box' – to differentiate your brand from competitorsSound PC skills and Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications
