The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Brand Manager to join our team in Sydney.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing & executing marketing strategies and plans for key brands within Teva's portfolio in Australia and New Zealand. Working collaboratively with internal teams, play a key role in shaping the direction of our product portfolio and drive successful product launches.
How you'll spend your day
Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to drive brand performance and market share.
Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in-person events.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, regulatory, and finance to align on brand objectives and strategies.
Manage the brand's budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Oversee new product launches, including go-to-market planning, promotional activities, and performance tracking.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, and external partners.
Monitor and analyse brand performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Your experience and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred)
Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a track record of product launch success in the pharmaceutical, life science or healthcare industry in Australia
Proven experience in leading brand strategy and managing large-scale marketing campaigns
Analytical skills and ability to interpret technical, clinical & marketing data relating to product or industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build professional and strategic relationships
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in neurology and psychiatry and with digital marketing is desirable
Experience in Veeva essential
