Your Role: As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be representing our Intergrain brand that is widely available and trusted by DIY, DIFM customers and highly respected in the commercial, architectural, and industrial environments.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading teams and projects, using your influencing skills and brand strategies.
You will be responsible for strategic brand planning, including architecture and positioning, and ensuring the delivery of positive customer experiences across all touchpoints of the business to deliver value.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract covering family leave.
This high-impact role is based out of Clayton, with flexible working options available.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a long-term brand strategyEnsure alignment across Sales, Specification, and Marketing on brand/segment strategiesSupport the NPD agenda to support business growth targets with the delivery of key innovation projects across multiple brandsCoach and mentor a Brand Manager and work closely with other business functionsLead market research projects, and help to manage the innovation funnel/horizonAgency and budget managementSkills & Experience Demonstrated experience in strategic brand managementStrong commercial acumen and financial understandingIn-depth knowledge of stage & gate processesExperience in B2B/technical product industries is preferableQualifications in Marketing or similarHow to apply: We are looking to speak with you asap, please apply online!
