Transport Administrator - Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Full Time Are you ready to embark on a dynamic career journey in the heart of Western Australia's bustling transport industry?
Pep Transport is seeking a dedicated Transport Administrator to bolster our operations in Kalgoorlie.

Duties include: Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for freight queries, responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via email and phone.
Your exceptional communication skills will ensure customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of our service.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our Perth team to coordinate and oversee freight movements, ensuring seamless communication and efficient transportation processes.
Booking Management: Create and manage job bookings via our internal freight management system as needed, maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth operations from start to finish.
Data Entry and Manifesting: Utilise your keen eye for detail and accurate data entry skills to enter consignment data, prepare manifests, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Hands-On Support: Get involved in the nitty-gritty of our operations by assisting with the preparation, consolidation, and packaging of freight, ensuring that every shipment meets our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Career Development Opportunities: This role has the ability to transition to an operations/leadership role for the right candidate.
Requirements: Previous experience in a transport or logistics administrative role preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with transport management systems is advantageous.
Excellent problem resolution skills, with the ability to think on your feet and find solutions efficiently.
Accurate data entry skills and excellent organization abilities to maintain meticulous records and streamline processes.
