With an experienced team lead by a panel of professional Directors, this office always ensure to provide the best possible service to their customers. Currently seeking a Receptionist / Assistant to be the face and voice of this high performing team this is a role for a talented individual looking to step into Strata.


The Role:
Monday – Friday, we are looking for someone that has strong administration skills and a desire to be in strata long term. You will be responsible for:
Answering and diverting calls, taking messages and distribute Meeting & Greeting clients Mail, banking, filing Database management and updates on the intranet Provide full administration support to the team Maintain stationery cupboard Diary management Attending all training sessions Ad hoc administration duties General Assisting of the strata team The Candidate: Have a strong interest in Strata Previous strata or real estate experience  Strong administration skills and previous reception experience is preferred Immaculately presented and well groomed Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Possess a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast paced environment Benefits: Be trained by some of the best in the business Career progression – step into a Strata Assistant position First class working environment & team culture Monday – Friday role On the train line
