What we are looking for: We're looking for a Senior Biosecurity Supervisor to join our passionate Natural Environment team. Leading a small team, you'll be responsible for overseeing both the development and delivery of invasive species management programs. You'll ensure compliance with local and state legislation and make sure programs are efficient and delivered to a high standard.
The role will involve:
Reviewing and implementing the Biosecurity Annual Action Plan Contributing to Council's strategic planning process Providing technical advice to external and internal parties Developing education programs for the public Delivering baiting programs and pest controls You'll have worked in a similar role and will have a thorough understanding of both relevant legislation and of our local environment. You'll be passionate about developing a knowledgeable team and delivering positive outcomes to our community:
