This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a diverse and geographically dispersed team in the Northern Region, with a primary focus on capital works and asset management. Your critical role includes coordinating regional capital works programs, managing our dynamic Construction Team, and ensuring projects adhere to the specified standards and timelines.We are looking for a meticulous project manager who can navigate complex procurement processes with ease, effectively monitor budget expenditures, and develop comprehensive annual work plans. You'll be instrumental in upholding the integrity of our procurement processes, from sourcing materials to contracting services, ensuring that our operations are environmentally responsible and aligned with Queensland's legislation.Your expertise will also be vital in delivering technical assistance across the region, maintaining detailed project records, and spearheading initiatives that involve local communities in conserving our national parks, forests, and marine parks.
