As a Senior Associate, prepare to:Champion clients in employment-related claims, offering expert advice and representation.Attend conciliation conferences and make your mark in the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals.Act as a trusted advisor on employment terms, conditions, and performance management.Craft and refine settlement agreements, employment contracts, and policies with precision and finesse.What We're Looking For:We're seeking candidates with previous exposure to EPL matters and a knack for forging strong relationships and communicating with impact.
