Your new role

Drafting complex wills, binding death benefit nominations, and enduring powers of attorney Delivering estate planning presentations Planning estates and farm succession strategies Handling related disputes/litigation of matters What you'll need to succeed 6+ years of post-admission experience (PAE) in Wills and Estates Significant experience drafting complex wills and estate planning Proficiency in estate planning and farm succession strategies Experience managing litigated wills & estates disputes Experience leading an estates team is highly regarded What you'll get in return Competitive remuneration CBD office location with work-from-home options Part-time opportunities available Great support and resources Opportunity to mentor junior staff What you need to do now
