Your new role
Become part of a team led by renowned experts in the field, known for their numerous awards and accolades. This role provides substantial support, excellent resources, and a collaborative environment with lawyers at various career stages. Your duties will include:
Drafting complex wills, binding death benefit nominations, and enduring powers of attorney
Delivering estate planning presentations
Planning estates and farm succession strategies
Handling related disputes/litigation of matters
What you'll need to succeed
6+ years of post-admission experience (PAE) in Wills and Estates
Significant experience drafting complex wills and estate planning
Proficiency in estate planning and farm succession strategies
Experience managing litigated wills & estates disputes
Experience leading an estates team is highly regarded
