Many of our cases concern alleged breaches of director duties so we will consider an insurance litigator that has D&O expertise and is looking to get more broad commercial litigation experience away from the legal panels.
No insolvency experience is necessary although an interest in the field would be advantageous.
We seek someone who can run a high-performance team on a complex matter within a managed budget from start to finish.We are looking for someone with strong big end of town experience (8yrs+ PQE) in complex litigation matters.
We need someone senior enough to back themselves and the team with a fair amount of autonomy reporting directly to the partners.
We also have a bunch of super smart, super keen young lawyers that need mentoring and training from the senior members of the firm including you.
You are also really smart (in a normal, humble, not full of yourself sort of way) and very good at what you do – we will probably make you prove it somehow.We ultimately want someone high energy and who will be a positive contributor to a great firm culture that we are proud of.
