Work directly with industry leading Partners on high-profile employment matters at a leading Tier 1 firm. 5+ PAE (PERTH)About The RoleIn this role, you will work in a dedicated and dynamic Employee Relations & Industrial Relations team. Collaborating closely with industry leading Partners and the broader team, your responsibilities will include:Handling strategic and complex advisory, litigation and transactional matters within the realm of employee relations and industrial relations and providing prompt and commercially astute advice to clientsPlaying a key role in supporting and actively developing client relationshipsMentoring junior colleaguesEngaging in business development activities, building and managing strategic relationships and networksAbout YouYou will have:5+ years' PAE with strong transactional experience in employment law and industrial relations law gained in a similar environmentExperience representing employers in employment disputes in the Fair Work Commission and other courts and tribunalsExcellent drafting, analytical, communication, and research skillsA strong commitment to client serviceWell-developed relationship management abilities and an ability to foster effective teamworkEnthusiasm for participating in business development activities#J-18808-Ljbffr
