About the role
Are you a senior construction lawyer ready to advance your career? We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer, preferably at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level, to join the newly established Building & Construction team in our Brisbane office.
Your day to day will see you involved in the entire life cycle of large construction projects throughout Australia, including negotiation of commercial agreements, strategic project advice, advising on risk minimisation and management, through to disputes. You will act for principals, builders, contractors, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
This role is suitable for candidates wishing to work either full time or part time, and flexible working arrangements are offered. You are encouraged to speak to us about how we can make the role work for you.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be an admitted lawyer with at least 5 years' PAE, and bring strong experience in construction law, both front end and back end. We pride ourselves on our commitment to our clients, so your dedication to providing exceptional customer service will be of value.
