Job DescriptionUnique opportunity to join the Product Enablement team in Westpac Institutional Bank.
How will I help? Within Westpac Institutional Bank, Global Transaction Services (GTS) provides transactional banking, client experience and solution implementation for institutional, business and consumer customers. GTS also manages the bank's payment networks, the regulatory and payments strategy agenda, and the development of new digital payment channels and products.
As a Senior Associate, you will continuously support the improvement of bank-wide products, sales and services processes, and systems to improve the risk profile of the business and generate an enhanced customer experience. This team is an agile team of nine staff with a broad range of expertise including consulting, finance, product management, risk advisory, legal, and project management.
You will report into the Director and have exposure to all banking products and services, working collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to assist in the management of the GTS product governance collateral, and related product change management programs.
Core Responsibilities: Coordination and delivery of product and collateral change initiatives.Support for product managers, sales or service teams on the resolution of key issues.Delivering in line with strategic transformation initiatives.Collaborating with GTS stakeholders in the enhancement of policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement of risk management practices.What's in it for me?
