Our team routinely handles claims that are complex, technically challenging and high profile. Our team in Melbourne has approximately 60 people and is part of our national General Insurance practice - a collaborative, collegiate and high performing team.About youYou will ideally have the following skills and experience:A minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience in defendant insurance law;We are open to hearing from candidates from a plaintiff background;Experience in construction disputes (e.g. acting for contractors, engineers, builders, etc.) will be highly regarded;Experience managing personal injury claims from end-to-end;Strong technical ability and attention to detail;Strong negotiation and advocacy skills;Experience in supervising and mentoring lawyers will be highly regarded.About usHall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
