The Role An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate to join Simon Black and Thomas Byrne in our Sydney insurance team. The role offers a broad range of property, construction and statutory liability as well as professional indemnity matters. The Successful Candidate: We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills, experience and attributes: - Previous defendant insurance experience in the construction space, including with respect to investigations and prosecutions arising from alleged breaches of work health and safety and planning laws; - Ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service; - Effective communication skills; - Ability and enthusiasm to mentor junior practitioners; and -Collaborative and pragmatic approach.
