The Opportunity We are looking for an ambitious litigator to join our government team on a full-time basis. This role will provide the opportunity to work across a diverse range of legally challenging and factually complex matters in the government sector focusing on intentional torts, coronial inquiries, and administrative law.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Oversee and manage a diverse caseload ensuring exceptional client representation and successful outcomes.Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to junior lawyers, assisting in their professional growth and development.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings with expertise and confidence.Offer ongoing legal advice and support to clients throughout the entire litigation process.The successful candidate will be experienced in and enjoy working autonomously on matters while supervising and mentoring junior lawyers. Skills and Experience To be successful in this role you will have:
