We help our people achieve to their best.Key Responsibilities:Lead Advisory – end to end mergers & acquisitions and lead IPO execution (including target list, databook and information memorandum preparation, financial due diligence and data room management, participate in transaction negotiations and stakeholder management);Advising on the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers, debt and equity capital raisings, liaising with financial institutions in respect of debt raises;Management of project deliverables and adherence to transaction timeframes;Conducting financial analyses, preparing reports and financial information for presentation to boards of directors, management, shareholders and prospective buyers;Providing financial and strategic advice on business structures, forecasts, accounting policies and operations, including analysis of historical and budgeted income and operating costs;Financial modelling and forecasting, including cash flow valuations for capital investment projects and/or acquisitions;Manage, develop and work collaboratively with junior members of the team;Build and manage client and stakeholder relationships;Requirements:A degree in Business / Commerce / Law or Economics (CA / CFA favourable)3-5 years' experience in M&A within a top-tier / mid-tier accounting firm, investment bank or boutique advisory firmExperience in preparing information memoranda, databooks, proposals and other marketing documentsExperience in managing multiple M&A projects from end to endStrong analytical and critical evaluation skillsAbility to meet and work towards deadlinesStrong communication and report writing skillsAttention to detail and commercially insightfulAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamDemonstrated experience leading a teamStrong ethical standardsHow to apply:Please click one the "apply now" button and complete our online application form.Salary guide : $89,000 – $99,000 exclusive of superannuation
