Senior Associate / Associate Commercial Property Lawyer
Career opportunity on the Gold Coast
Our client is a mid-sized specialist law firm with a particular focus on corporate, commercial and property matters, though offers other services include intellectual property, private client/succession and dispute resolution matters. Due to continued growth and forward planning, the firm is looking to add an experienced Commercial Property lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level to join them on the Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high volume and high-quality property work
Handle off-the-plan developments and various property matters
Oversee the conveyancing and leasing arms
Provide exceptional client service and responsiveness
Ensure effective communication with both clients and staff
Maintain a keen eye for detail and exceptional time management and organizational skills
Adopt a proactive approach and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements:
Demonstrated conveyancing experience
Strong aspiration to work as a property lawyer in the residential and commercial sectors
Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
Articulate, well-spoken, and professional demeanor
