Areas of focus include advising in relation to the Corporations Act, NCCP Act, AML/CTF Act, Privacy Act, ASIC Act, SIS Act, PPS Act, and the Competition and Consumer Act.This team has a low attrition rate and are a close, social and collaborative bunch who are not siloed so you will work across all clients and with all of the Partners, who are all approachable, genuine and experts in their field.About YouTo be considered for this role, you will have at least four years of relevant Australian legal experience in this area. If you are currently overseas and looking to return, we would love to hear from you however you will need to be an Australian qualified lawyer.You will possess the ability to work both autonomously as well as in a team environment.
