Our approach gives our people the opportunity to be curious in their approach to their own careers and provides opportunities to work on cross border projects and interesting and varied matters with high profile clients.To support our practice, we have an opening for a lawyer in our Employment Law team, therefore read on to see where a career with EY Law can take you!Your key responsibilities will include:Providing high quality and strategic employment law advice to internal and external clients (both in Australia and internationally) on all aspects of the employment relationship, from conduct and performance to workforce flexibility and contracts of employmentReviewing and interpreting legislation and industrial instruments for wage and entitlement compliance projects which uses EY's cutting edge data analytics capabilityProviding strategic workforce and industrial relations advice, including developing enterprise agreement strategies, drafting EAs and conducting BOOT analysisAdvising on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions and restructures including undertaking employment law due diligenceAdvising clients on workplace change and culture issues including discrimination, bullying, sexual harassment and whistleblowingWhat we're looking forHere's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
