The role We're looking for a Senior Associate to join our market-leading, Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners ranked Corporate Practice. You will have the opportunity to work across the Sydney corporate partnership, collaborating closely with Gaynor Tracey, who heads up the Sydney practice, as part of a high-performing and supportive team.
Our Corporate team was recently ranked 6th in the Mergermarket M&A Rankings Report 2023 for the highest deal count in Australia.
With work in both the domestic and international markets, you will advise corporations, private equity sponsors, founders, and management in all forms of corporate activity across a wide range of industries.

We're looking for someone:
with 5+ years' experience in a leading private practice environment; who has strong Corporate M&A experience; with a genuine passion for Corporate law; who wants a fantastic team culture; who wants to work directly with a senior practitioner; who wants to accelerate their career by working in a leading, growing, national M&A team; and with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set.
