Currently there is vacancy for a Senior Associate Advisor to serve our clientele.
This is a full-time role for a skilled, ethical and profession applicant.
Main Duties: Client Relationship Management: • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring ongoing communication and updates on their financial plans.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, fostering trust and rapport.
• Assist clients in understanding financial strategies, products, and services.
Advice Implementation: • Oversee the execution of financial strategies, ensuring they are implemented effectively and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with external providers (e.g., insurance companies, investment platforms) to execute advice recommendations.
Preparation of Advice Documents: • Collaborate with Senior Advisers to prepare financial advice documents, including Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA).
• Ensure all advice documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
Financial Analysis and Strategy Development: • Conduct research and analysis on financial products and strategies that align with clients' goals.
• Prepare detailed financial models or forecasts to support the Senior Adviser's recommendations.
Compliance and Documentation: • Ensure all client files and advice documents are compliant with industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of client meetings and advice implementation in the client management system (e.g., Xplan).
Support for Senior Financial Advisers: • Assist Senior Advisers in managing high-net-worth and complex client cases.
• Attend client meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
• Contribute to the development of financial strategies, providing input based on analysis and research.
Team Collaboration: • Work closely with the broader advice team, including associates, paraplanners, and support staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support junior staff by mentoring them in areas of financial planning.
Client Onboarding and Reviews: • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Participate in regular client review meetings to ensure financial strategies remain aligned with the client's goals.
Market Research and Updates: • Stay up to date with market trends, legislation, and regulatory changes affecting the financial planning landscape.
• Provide insights and recommendations to both clients and the team on relevant financial market developments.
Financial Plan Monitoring: • Track the progress of financial plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure clients stay on track with their financial goals.
Eligibility Criteria: • Bachelor's or higher degree in banking and Finance • At least 1 year of experience in field with qualification • You must have proper full working rights in Australia.
