Senior Asset Manager to lead a team responsible for the set-up and implementation of asset management plans to support lifecycle planning.

Base Criteria Holding a technical qualification, with 10+ years Asset Management experience, along with strong interpersonal relationship development skills. You will hold extensive experience in Asset Management Plan set-up.
Outline Duties / Knowledge Support their ongoing delivery of market-leading services and projects by providing the initial asset plans and asset trees and registers to support the delivery of class-leading asset specific lifecycle strategies focused on moving from a Reactive to Planned and ultimately Predictive Maintenance strategy allowing effective Life-cycle planning.
Key to this role is the ability to innovate, set-up new asset management plans and influence stakeholders.
Skills and Attributes 8+ years' experience in the set-up of asset management plans within Engineering services supporting Mining, Utilities, Hospitals, Government or Industrial premises.Strong Engineering skills (M&E/HVAC) with the ability to lead teams undertaking Asset reviews, audits and visual condition surveys to enable the compilation of accurate asset lists, maintenance strategies and solutions.An excellent communicator, with strong English skills – including negotiation, influencing and change management.Solid experience in leading teams undertaking the gathering of raw asset data, cleansing data and setting up Asset Management Plans on CMMS systems such as SAP, Mex, Maximo, Pronto, or a similar CMMS. #J-18808-Ljbffr
