The Asset Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Asset Manager, Team Leader and overall Asset team. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic and driven to contribute to the realization of Homes North's vision. The main focus of this role is to provide financial-oriented administrative support to the Asset team.
As an Asset Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks. These tasks may include handling general correspondence and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and completeness in contractor invoices, managing contract administration, and coordinating various aspects of property management. There is also the opportunity depending on the candidate for additional responsibilities such as quality assurance, reporting, and data analysis.

Previous experience in property management and/or Asset Management Strong customer service experience and the ability to manage complex clients Relationship management and negotiation skills Sound computer literacy in Excel, Word, Outlook Proven analytical and problem-solving ability Proven time management skills and ability to work unsupervised Knowledge of, and experience working within, the community housing sector Experience in the building/construction industry Experience in bookkeeping, invoicing or finance Qualifications in Finance, Community Services or other relevant discipline Who we are: Homes North is a highly reputed not-for-profit organisation with offices in the New England North West of NSW, who make it our business to create secure, affordable and sensitively managed housing opportunities for low income households.
