The ideal candidate will be focused on rapidly delivering high-quality results, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and have the potential to evolve into a CTO role. This role requires the candidate to be eligible for an NV1 security clearance due to the sensitive nature of our client base.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET applications and SQL Server databases, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.Quality Assurance: Implement best practices in coding, testing, and documentation to deliver high-quality software solutions. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Lead by example in adhering to development processes and standards.Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and business analysts, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.Security & Compliance: Ensure all development activities comply with security and regulatory requirements. Prepare documentation and processes necessary for security clearance and audits.Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the platform.Future CTO Role: Demonstrate leadership potential and strategic thinking to eventually transition into the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role, driving the overall technical vision and strategy of the company.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in ASP.NET development and SQL Server.
