What Will You Do? Drive sales growth of Toro's commercial equipment in WA by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and end-users, particularly in the golf sector. Develop and execute regional sales strategies , working closely with your team to ensure targets are met. Provide leadership and professional development for your team, ensuring customer service excellence across the region. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep Toro ahead of the curve. Coordinate trade shows and field days , ensuring Toro's products are effectively promoted and demonstrated. Collaborate on special projects and support marketing initiatives to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure seamless customer experiences , resolving any delivery, pricing, or service issues promptly. What Do You Bring? Proven sales leadership with a minimum of 5 years in equipment sales, ideally within the turf or irrigation in golf sector. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational and leadership skills , with a passion for driving team success and fostering a high-performance culture. A proactive, solution-focused approach , with the ability to work independently while aligning with national sales strategies. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, enabling effective reporting and management.
