As a Senior Architect, we require the following experience below:
A minimum of 10+ years post-graduate experience within Architecture including a minimum of 8+ years local experience is essentialMust be currently leading your own projectsBachelor or Masters degree in ArchitectureStrong Revit experience is essential for this roleStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to lead a team and coordinate with consultantsDemonstrated experience in design and delivery of projects, working across all phases of a projectThorough understanding of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and experience working from concept to delivery phasesStrong leadership skills, able to resolve complex issues with the support of directors and associatesFull working visa or residency status and current local experience is essential for this role If you're passionate about architectural excellence and project leading with delivering outstanding results, this role could be the perfect next step in your career.
