Job description ROUSSOS is partnering with an established business that is known for their ambitious creativity and design innovation, which has seen them become an award-winning studio within the industry. With the capability to deliver a range of large-scale and significant projects up to the value of $60M, the organisation develops projects across the commercial, cultural, high-end bespoke residential, and hospitality sectors. Acquiring several significant upcoming projects, this studio is eager to strengthen their team with an experienced Senior Architect who can be at the forefront of the team. Taking on this key role, you will become a part of the close-knit design team, who are known for constantly pushing the boundaries to create unique and tailored project outcomes. The Role This leadership role offers a unique chance for you to take the reins in driving the design team across a diverse range of high-profile projects. As a leader in this position, you will oversee the entire project scope, whilst mentoring and guiding junior staff. Your responsibilities will extend beyond internal collaboration to actively engage with external stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in identifying and resolving design issues throughout the development and documentation phases. Working across the full project scope will allow you to manage your own projects, with mentorship from senior staff and Directors. The Opportunity The ideal candidate for this role is a Registered Architect with 15+ years of proven industry experience, along with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster strong relationships. Effective communication skills and a genuine passion for design are essential qualities that will contribute significantly to your success in this leadership role. This role will see you drive the design team across a variety of high-profile projects and deliver outcomes that exceed client expectations.
