We welcome individuals who excel in collaborative, varied teams and value the unique contributions that each person brings to the table.Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency; a unique fusion of tech enthusiasts, creative minds, and media and data experts all united to empower our clients along their digital journey.Our commitment to embracing diverse perspectives fuels our innovation and strategies that challenge the status quo, reinvent media activation, and craft influential stories for our global clients and their customers.Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Job DescriptionReporting to our Analytics Directors, you will work with a team of implementation experts and will be responsible for designing and deploying data collection strategies, documenting implementation plans and guidelines, implementing advanced tagging solutions through custom scripts and tag management tools and ensuring data cleanliness and reliability.You will help lead our client data measurement, strategy, maturity and the daily management of assigned client accounts, focusing on measurement insights, discovery, and optimization of their marketing channels, journeys and web properties.We are looking for an experienced technical minded individual who has a passion for digital analytics, data and data collection - with well-established experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Management.The Senior Analytics Manager will play a key role in working across a portfolio of Analytics & Marketing clients, advancing our clients' data maturity.Your primary responsibilities will include:Be a passionate subject matter expert on digital measurement and analysis (inc. web analytics, app tracking, audience strategy) and possess an understanding of the digital ecosystem, Google Marketing Platform and associated technologies.Lead complex technical marketing analytics engagements using the Google Analytics stack.Identify opportunities and propose solutions to help grow web and app analytics business in the market.Present to our teams and to clients on initiatives, projects or technology updates / use cases.Provide support and mentorship for other members of the team, ensuring they are progressively able to take on more complex tasks and upskill others.Configure and set up Analytics & Marketing tags with Google Tag Manager.Implement and configure Google Analytics 4.Design Reporting Dashboards with Looker Studio.Use Google Analytics 4 to discover insights or for reporting requirements.Create and deliver tracking plans and implementation guides.Test and validate tracking implementations.Debug and investigate Tagging and Analytics issues.Run client measurement workshops or training sessions.Consult with the client's development teams on tracking solutions.Implement tracking solutions, through Google Tag Manager, but also other systems like Segment, Tealium.Work with Senior Managers and Directors to improve processes and frameworks.Qualifications4+ years of experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.Proficiency in working with APIs and Mobile Apps for tracking and analysis.Demonstrated expertise in CSS, HTML and JS.Fluent understanding of the Google Marketing Platform, the main benefits and how to use the Google stack to the greatest advantage of clients.Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.Client-facing experience and comfortable running workshops, training and client engagements.Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions, improving and automating processes.Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.Problem Solving - When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options and find practical solutions.Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
