How will I help?
As a Senior Analyst within the Advanced Analytics team you will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced statistical models to assess marketing impact, optimise channel investment mix and produce forecasts.
The successful candidate will establish and sustain data pipelines for new and existing econometrics models, which includes sourcing, pre-processing and engineering data assets across the wider bank with the findings informing and helping to influence marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities Include:Building and managing mixed-marketing models across different products to estimate return on investment (ROI), optimise media budget allocation and creating scenario projections.Experimentation, measurement & modelling to understand the commercial benefit from owned, earned & paid media channels.Delivering and communicating key recommendations and visualisations based on model outputs to various stakeholders.Monitoring and validating the performance of existing models.Overseeing and coordinating project delivery with different stakeholders such that it aligns with business objectives.

What do I need?Bachelor's degree in science, economics, engineering, or a related STEM discipline.Statistical Programming experience in Python, PyMC and/or RExperience as a data analysis with strong capabilities (SQL, Excel, Adobe Analytics).Data visualisation experience across Data Visualisation (PowerBI, Tableau, ThinkCell)Experience with Data storytelling and creating presentations with strong communication skills.
