The TeamThe RegistryConnect program is focused on the stabilisation and targeted uplift of Business Registers, including designing connections to the ABN and Director ID registers held by the ATO, and the more than 30 registers held by ASIC.
The RoleThe Senior Analyst – Risk, Controls & Compliance is responsible for driving the uplift, embedment, and compliance of program frameworks relating to risk and issue management, and change control.
They will take a leadership role in planning and tracking assurance activities and Gateway Reviews.
Key duties include: Maintain a working partnership with the RegistryConnect Risk Partner to ensure alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.Drive the uplift, embedment, and compliance of program frameworks and associated processes that guide identification, management, and reporting of current and emerging risks and issues.Maintain a working partnership with ASIC's Chief Risk Office to ensure the program maintains alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.Manage the currency of the RegistryConnect Assurance Plan, including facilitating regular reviews with the Digital Transformation Authority.Lead reporting to senior stakeholders, both internal and external to ASIC, concerning the management of risks, implementation of controls, assurance activities, and compliance with relevant frameworks.
About You Relevant tertiary qualification(s).Extensive experience with risk management and assurance functions, preferably within a program.Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong capabilities to articulate complex analytical information to all levels within an organisation.Demonstrated experience in using project and/or program management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, MSP).
