Your New Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst Programmer who will report to the Development Manager.
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting, managing, and delivering front-end, back-end, and integration solutions aimed at enhancing operational excellence and improving the customer journey at our Redbank Office in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:

Development of enterprise grade full stack solutions that improves customer experience and operational delivery, primarily utilizing Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Project manage small projects including timelines and budgets.
Development and implementation of architectural roadmaps aligned with architectural vision and delivering strategic business outcomes.
Develop integration applications and services with cloud first approach as well as managing the development and support for ERP, fleet and contracts management system.
Implement and mentor team in industry standard toolset eg.
Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
Engage with both technical and business Stakeholders, in functions such as facilitating workshops, developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams and readable code.

What You Will Bring to the Role:
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
Demonstrated ability in Microsoft web development technologies, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.
Familiarity with Microsoft's latest cloud offerings, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps for task management and CI/CD.
Experience in industries such as rental operations, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus.
A keen interest in current industry and technology trends.
Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS4, HTML5, and related frameworks.
Strong competency in Visual Studio.
Experience with Microsoft SSIS is advantageous.
Familiarity with systems like Dynamics NAV/Business Central, InspHire, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.
