About the RoleAs a Senior Analyst in our Markets Data Management Team, you'll play a key role being a SME that can perform the Markets requests across the Markets Client Lifecycle (Onboarding, Amendments, Offboarding, etc) and related queries with minimal guidance and provide expertise decision making on process and product requirements.

Work Hours: Full Time What will your day look like?As a Senior Analyst, you will:
Handle all Markets related requests and queries (Product Onboarding, Regulatory, Confirmations and Settlements setups, Amendments, Offboarding, etc)Initial and Ongoing Co-ordination & management of customer Regulatory (e.g.
Dodd Frank, EMIR, APRA, CPS 226), Investor Suitability, and Market product requirements (such as Legal, Credit, Settlement, Confirmation, Account Setup, etc)Drive strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure clients are compliantTake personal responsibility for delivering tailored solutions to ensure optimal customer experienceDeliver required output in a consistent manner to ensure SLA deliveryRun Controls to ensure our Service Providers are meeting SLA and Quality metricsDeliver required quantity of completed customer reviews (monthly basis)Develop and implement strategy/ies to improve the processes (where applicable) to improve customer experienceWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience in servicing different client types (i.e.
Corporate, Hedge Funds, Financial Institutions)Understanding of the Markets Trade Lifecyle (i.e.
Confirmations, Settlements, etc)Proven stakeholder and relationship management skillsStrong banking experience, preferably wholesale bankingKnowledge of Market Data and/or Collateral Management, OTC and Futures ClearingAn analytical and problem-solving mind-set, including the ability to work independentlyKnowledge of regulatory requirements impacting Markets ProductsProven influencing skills with strong written and oral communication capabilitiesThe ability to apply a strong level of problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills with evidence-based decision makingExperience in drafting and reviewing procedural documentationYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
