We are hiring a Senior Analyst PMO to work within the Project Services team.
The Project Services team supports the provision of program, project management, and analysis services.
The Senior Analyst role reports to the Senior Manager, PMO and is crucial to the efficient delivery of our strategic programs.
The PMO team consists of specialists who support all aspects of program and project delivery at the organisational level, including best practice standards and guidance, reporting and insights, monitoring and control, resource management, risk and issue management, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst, PMO, your key responsibilities will include supporting and contributing to the development and adoption of the Agency's project frameworks, governance, and tools; analysing and coordinating portfolio-level tracking against performance indicators; reporting on schedules, deliverables, dependencies, budgets, risks, issues, and benefits; fostering a high-performance team environment; providing excellent customer service; and identifying continual service improvement practices.
Additionally, you will provide PMO support to Program and Project Managers in the management and oversight of specific projects as required.
Qualifications Ideally you will hold a project management certification along with experience of project management methodologies and knowledge of both waterfall and agile project approaches.You will require a high level of proficiency with the MS Outlook suite.Experience with Jira, SharePoint, PowerBI, Confluence and Objective is highly desirable.Experience Extensive PMO experience performing business analysis responsibilities.Proven ability to professionally interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.Practical understanding of project delivery lifecycles, methodologies and governance practices.Attributes Great written and verbal communication skillsConfident, enthusiastic, collaborative, excellent organisational skills, adaptable, able to identify and execute improvement opportunities.Ensures deadlines are met whilst aligning to organisation values, policies, standards, and practices.Life at Future Fund
