This team plays a key role in providing operational support across group-wide reporting, data quality management and monitoring and overseeing the implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework. As a Senior Analyst, you will act as a strategic partner to the Operational Risk team, aligning reporting and analytic offerings with their strategic and operational needs by analysing and understanding business changes and framework developments and assessing their implications on Operational Risk and reporting. You will collaborate with the broader team to explore how data, analytics, automation and AI can enhance Operational Risk capabilities and lead and manage projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies or developing new insights. In addition, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate their needs into technical requirements, assist in the preparation and review of management reports and offer ongoing data and reporting support.
