The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an analytical, proactive and agile Analyst to join the Dexus Office Property Finance team as Senior Analyst.
Reporting into the General Manager, Property Finance - Office, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely analysis and reporting.
You will partner with the Asset Management team to drive investment decisions and deliver Asset Plans for the Office portfolio and support strategic decision making within the Real Estate business.
You will make an impact by:
Conducting thorough financial analysis to drive stakeholder decision making.
Building and maintaining 10-year cash flow and internal valuation models to analyse and report on key investment metrics at an asset and portfolio level.
Establishing and driving strong stakeholder engagement across Asset teams, agents, and other internal/external stakeholders.
Assessing impacts of large capital projects on financial returns and valuation to support strategic asset plans.
Performing analysis of material lease deals and advising on recommendations to the Investment Management teams.
About You
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will be a dynamic, curious and driven finance professional with a highly analytical mindset and a background in real estate, property or property valuation.
You will demonstrate the ability to draw key insights, understanding the impact of the current year into forecasts and how they drive commercial outcomes.
Alongside exceptional communication skills, you will effectively engage key stakeholders and proactively partner with them in providing value-add insights.
Prior experience using Yardi, Forecast Manager, and TM1 will be highly advantageous.
