Permanent, full time Sydney Location  Flexible work arrangements How will I help?
This role is responsible for delivering Group revenue performance insights through reporting and analytics.
Supporting the continuous improvement, transformation and digitisation of our processes and capabilities with the goal of delivering outcomes in an efficient, simplified, fact-based and insightful manner.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: Collaborate with Finance Transformation Strategy and other partners to deliver the right outcomes for Group Finance and Finance more broadly  Work with Group Performance Insights (GPI) and Group Finance Business Intelligence specialists to automate and simplify reporting and forecasting processes  Support reporting and analytics processes to provide insights for Board, ET and other management decision making for: o Revenue outcomes across net interest margin, balance sheet and capital forecasting                          o 5-year strategy, target setting and scorecards processes o Peer and competitor views Contribute to the Group's corporate / statutory (Australian & offshore) reporting / disclosure in accordance with applicable legal, tax, accounting and regulatory requirements  Execute and coordinate group controls over performance outcomes across relevant systems and processes What's in it for me?

What do I need?
Banking or financial services experience desirable Working towards Chartered or CPA desirable Good collaboration, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Business Intelligence tools Ability to navigate complex and large volumes of data in the delivery of key insights What's it like to work there?
