Your Team The Customer Analytics team is part of the CFS Customer Office, which is accountable for our customer's experience of the brand, products, and services.
Our team has a clear focus on using analytics to deliver better outcomes for CFS and our customers.
To do this, we are on an exciting journey to better leverage our newly implemented, best-in-class platforms – Databricks and Adobe Journey Optimiser.
Your Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to understand business problems/objectives to scope and deliver work independently.
Run queries to extract and organise various types of data from multiple sources.
Assess data quality and remove issues i.e.
data cleansing.
Generate insights from data sets by identifying trends and patterns e.g.
through creating Power BI reports or insights packs.
Identify opportunities for improvement, take ownership of change initiatives and manage analytics-led projects.
Actively contribute to Agile cadences, analytics initiatives and overall team culture.
Your Capability and Experience Experience delivering end-to-end insights from understanding the business problem, sourcing & transforming data using SQL and presenting insights to achieve the desired outcome.
Demonstrated ability to combine commercial acumen with analytics skillset to identify insights, trends and opportunities that result in a tangible impact.
Experience in cleaning and manipulating data in a complex environment.
Highly effective verbal and written communication, allowing you to synthesis the complex into something is simple and actionable for your stakeholders.
Demonstrated application of a growth mindset and continuous improvement.
Desirable : Experience working in an Agile environment.
Experience in product, customer or marketing analytics.
Project and/or product management related skills.
Experience working in finance (banking, wealth, super) and/or consulting industries.
Experience with the following will be highly advantageous: Databricks, Power BI, Phyton or R. Tertiary degree or equivalent.
