As a Senior Analyst within the Corporate Development team, you will support the identification and analysis of strategic opportunities, assisting in the preparation and execution of public market and private treaty transactions. Making this role and organisation a stand-out choice by way of career development with clear pathways for rapid progression.DescriptionContribute in various aspects of transaction analysis, preparation, and execution, including:Gathering and analysing relevant data to support decision-making.Undertaking financial modelling and valuation activities.Coordinating due diligence investigations across internal and external parties.Managing data rooms and facilitating Q&A processes for divestment activities.Preparation of information memorandum and other marketing materials for potential transactions.Supporting the preparation of reports and presentations for Senior Leadership and Board-level audiences.Collaborating with other Group Functions to execute transaction-related tasks efficiently.Engaging with external transaction advisors to ensure smooth and effective execution.ProfileA successful Senior Analyst will bring:Bachelor's degree in a commercial or quantitative discipline such as Finance, Economics, or Business.Strong ability to interpret and analyse financial statements, including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheets.Good understanding of corporate finance, economics, and valuation methodologies, including discounted cash flows
