Senior Aml Business Analyst

Talenza have been engaged by a financial services organisation to source a Senior Business Analyst/Senior Manager for an AML program.

Location: Sydney

Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance on AML policies, working closely with the business to interpret rules within the current landscape.Assess and guide necessary changes to systems and processes, including interim risk acceptance where applicable.Plan and prioritize project deliverables, driving outcomes efficiently.Partner with business and technical teams to navigate delineation between policy/legal advisory and delivery functions.Skills & Experience: 6 + years Business Analyst experienceEnd-to-end experience within banking projects, ideally financial crimeStrong project experience in AML related projectsProven ability to influence, negotiate, and drive outcomes.Comfortable interpreting and applying AML policiesPrevious experience as a Lead Business Analyst is highly desirable.Additional Details: Start Date: Mid-JanuaryInterviews: Before ChristmasExcellent opportunity to work in a high performing collaborative team environment12M day rate contract with likely extensionMarket ratesSydney office attendance 2 days per weekNo sponsorship options available for these positions
