About the Role:
We're thrilled to offer a unique and exciting opportunity for a Senior Airtightness Specialist to spearhead our airtightness testing initiative in Western Australia. This role is central to our growth strategy and will play a critical part in helping us capture a significant market with vast potential for expansion both locally and, eventually, across Australia. You'll begin with hands-on pressure testing responsibilities, transitioning into a leadership role as we expand our team of assessors in WA. This position is ideal for someone eager to drive our vision and take their career to new heights.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership and MentorshipConduct hands-on airtightness and pressure testing in accordance with ATTMA requirements and standards.Provide comprehensive training for new assessors, ensuring all procedures, safety protocols, and best practices are taught to a level where assessments meet ATTMA standards and are performed independently.Foster a team culture that values innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in energy efficiency.ATTMA Compliance and Quality AssuranceEnsure that all testing procedures and documentation are consistent with ATTMA standards, maintaining high-quality reporting and compliance.Conduct regular quality assurance checks on testing processes and assessor performance to ensure ongoing adherence to ATTMA standards and industry best practices.Industry Thought LeadershipRepresent Energy Advance as an industry expert at customer events and industry gatherings.Engage with a wide audience to share insights, educate stakeholders, and build a professional reputation as a leader in energy efficiency and airtightness.Commercial ExpansionCollaborate with our team to expand our offerings into the commercial sector, adapting your expertise to meet the needs of this emerging market.Play an instrumental role in shaping new services for commercial clients, ensuring exceptional performance and value.Career Growth and DevelopmentAccess advanced tools, technologies, and resources that promote your career development.Receive support from a progressive and experienced team committed to your professional success and long-term goals.Why This Role?
