Do you have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills?If you have experience in the coordination of HR projects and have demonstrated analytical abilities with a strong attention to detail, the Education Directorate has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Senior Advisor, Workplace Relations. Workplace Relations oversees the implementation of outcomes and initiatives arising from the Enterprise Agreement negotiations and provides workplace relations services and high-quality advice to senior managers, employees and key stakeholders on the ACTPS Employment Framework, Enterprise Agreements and other legislation.Where and how you will work:The ACT Government aims to be the most progressive jurisdiction in Australia for hybrid and flexible working.
