The People and Performance Branch supports the Directorate through the provision of a broad range of strategic and operational human resource management functions including employee and industrial relations, recruitment and retention, learning and development, rewards and recognition, workplace culture and HR policy, organisational design, and workforce planning.

If you have experience in the coordination of HR projects and have demonstrated analytical abilities with a strong attention to detail, the Education Directorate has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Senior Advisor, Workplace Relations. Workplace Relations oversees the implementation of outcomes and initiatives arising from the Enterprise Agreement negotiations and provides workplace relations services and high-quality advice to senior managers, employees, and key stakeholders on the ACTPS Employment Framework, Enterprise Agreements, and other legislation.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Industrial Relations or demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role would be highly desirable.Note: Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
