The role of Senior Advisor Workplace Relations and Investigations presents a unique opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic work environment.
The role requires specialist expertise to lead and manage all aspects of workplace relations cases, particularly conducting initial assessments and investigations into staff behavioural issues, in a supportive and collaborative team.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and extensive experience in supporting stakeholders, including senior executives, managers, and staff members.
Extensive experience in human resources management with a particular focus on industrial and employee relations as well as investigations.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
Relevant industrial relations and/or human resource management tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
Extensive experience in Human Resources Management with a particular focus on operational Industrial and Employee Relations and Investigations.
A demonstrated understanding of investigation techniques and principles, ideally involving misconduct matters, is required.
Demonstrated ability to provide specialist advice to managers on industrial relations and staff employment issues.
In providing this advice, the occupant will need to possess detailed operational knowledge of employment law, including relevant federal and state legislation (e.g., Fair Work Act and OHS Act).
A detailed understanding of Government policy regarding Enterprise Bargaining processes is also desirable.
This is a fixed term position available for a period of 12 months.
The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
