As a Senior Adviser (Service Portfolio), you will play a crucial role in a specialised team charged with delivering top-tier service management planning advice. You will take ownership of ITB's comprehensive portfolio of service offerings, orchestrating the expansion and refinement of our effective service frameworks, processes, and artefacts. Our mission: steer and supply innovative, robust, and secure ICT solutions in unison with our partners.
Key Responsibilities: Craft and influence sustainable, ongoing service support solutions for the ICT systems overseen by ITB, serving TMR business units. Foster the development and upkeep of pivotal service management artefacts, ensuring the delivery of ICT service offerings within our large, varied, and geographically expansive organisation. Seek and leverage opportunities to uplift ITB service offerings, collaborating with divisions like the Technology Branch's Service Management Office and other vital stakeholders. Oversee the ITB's suite of service offerings, repositories, portals, and dashboards, guaranteeing they are well-managed, upheld, and perpetually enhanced. Build and nurture concrete relationships with business and ICT technical staff, understanding the competencies that inform ICT service support frameworks. The Ideal Candidate: You will possess a strategic mind and a knack for collaboration, with a proven capacity to guide and mould ICT service support structures. Your commitment to improving service delivery and fostering productive relationships sets you apart as a candidate.
