As a Client Service Manager within our team, you will be instrumental in nurturing client partnerships and ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites in Victoria.
Your leadership will drive service improvements, uphold compliance with health and safety standards, and actively support business growth.
Main Purpose of the Job
The CSM will be responsible for managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.
Duties also include setting performance objectives, evaluating, and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld.
The CSM is essential to the day-to-day activities of the business.
They are expected to monitor daily activity, assess situations, and address issues before they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
Oversee daily operations to meet contract specifications, quality standards and applicable industry regulations.
This will include managing the site rosters, reporting on site audits and other compliance reporting.
Manage service delivery at various client sites, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence to achieve operational goals and customer satisfaction.
Utilise systems for reporting, auditing, and managing operations, including rostering and leave management.
Embrace technology to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Ensure operational efficiency through accurate management of budgets, labour ratios, and timesheets.
Develop and implement schedules to meet contractual obligations for scope of works.
Monitor all safety standards through regular site inspections/audits.
Oversee incident reporting, investigation and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance to Silvans policies, procedures, rules, regulations and legal obligations.
